A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment You have a 10 minute grace period. Once you reach the 10 minutes there is a $10 late charge up to 15 minutes due upon arrival. Anything after 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be canceled and will accumulate the 50 % cancellation fee For travel…please honor the same grace period by taking off $10 if I am 15 minutes late If I start your hair anytime after 30 mins of your appointment time, I will deduct $10 Deposit goes toward your service, final payment accepted in exact CASH.
